Appointments
Please arrive on time for your appointment. We will accommodate late arrivals to the best of our ability. However, you will still be responsible for your full appointment if the session is shortened.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens. Please let us know as soon as possible if you aren't going to make your appointment. Providing 24 hours advance notice of cancellation is greatly appreciated. We reserve the right to charge for services not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, with the exception of emergencies. This includes "no shows".
Etiquette
Thank you in advance for making time for yourself. Please silence or turn off your phone so that you can fully enjoy the benefits of the session.
Payment
We currently accept cash, check and credit card, or you may pay in advance with Paypal. Gratuities are never expected, and will be received with gratitude, should you feel the need to offer one.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available for any service. They are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Please bring your gift certificate to your appointment.
Financial Assistance
It is our belief that everyone should have access to happiness and health through healing therapies such as massage and yoga. If you feel that you are unable to pay the set rate for services, please contact Kelly about a sliding scale or possible barter options.
